5 simple morning drinks for your health & strength

Every morning( or afternoon) you wake up,  your followed routine matters the most. I have mentioned previously on my post, the importance of your morning routine if you want to change your life, starts from morning. Usually, we open our eyes and check our phones for about half an hour, eventually drag ourself out of bed and start our day.

Many of us aim to lose weight, want to be more productive, detoxicate our system or just to get a healthy and fit body. How do you do that? Well, you have to boost your morning. What you do in the morning and what you drink or eat, determines your whole day.

There are many things you can add in your morning routines, however, first start with adding a morning drink in your schedule, it will refreshen you, boost your energy and immunity.

 

  • Apple Cider Vinegar with Water

Firstly, Its an ancient drink and this bad boy comes with a lot of benefits, not only it’s helpful to lose weight but it improves your digestion, lower blood sugar level, lowers cholesterol and improves your heart health.

Since it has an acidic taste, Please add only use 1 – 2 tablespoon in your drink. For better taste and result, add honey in your drink. Studies have shows, People who drink apple cider on daily basis, consume less amount of food as cider vinegar makes you feel full and so it controls your overeating.

Hands down, I love this drink. Lemon already has many benefits of its own. Drinking lemon water on an empty stomach gets your digestive stomach moving. does it help in weight loss? Hell yeah. It improves your skin as lemon has vitamin C  which helps to reduce skin wrinkles, and protects your skin from UV exposure. You can drink a big cup of warm water with lemon since it tastes good, and you already know this, but water helps in hydration so it’s a win-win.

I think you will know the health benefits of green tea better than me. It’s very popular and knows as Fitness drink. It increases your metabolism and thus, helps in weight loss. it reduces bad cholesterol, thus maintain the ration of good cholesterol to bad cholesterol and it reduces the risk of heart disease as well.

I personally like my green tea with some lemon and black pepper. 2-3 times a green tea is good enough in a day. Anything more should be avoided and not only green tea but any drink for that matter.
